El artículo nunca ha sido manipulado por nuestra parte y se entrega en el mismo estado en que fue recibido. No obstante, al proceder de stock de distribución, almacenamiento o transporte, puede presentar señales externas propias de su conservación, como roces, marcas superficiales, puntas con dobleces en mayor o menor grado, imperfecciones en la cubierta o en el precinto, así como otros defectos estéticos ajenos a nuestro control.
En algunos casos, el precinto puede presentar alguna apertura, rotura parcial o incluso no estar presente, tal y como fue recibido originalmente, sin que ello implique que el contenido haya sido utilizado.
Las fotografías forman parte de la descripción y muestran el estado real del artículo que recibirá el comprador.

Brand new, never used.
The item has never been handled by us and is delivered in the same condition in which it was received. However, as it comes from distribution, storage or transportation, it may show external signs resulting from its storage, such as scuffs, surface marks, corners with bends to a greater or lesser extent, imperfections on the cover or on the shrink wrap, as well as other cosmetic defects beyond our control.
In some cases, the shrink wrap may have an opening, be partially torn or may not be present, exactly as it was originally received, without this implying that the contents have been used.
The photographs form part of the description and show the actual condition of the item that the buyer will receive.
