GARANTÍA DE SATISFACCIÓN: Si el artículo no es de su agrado o no cumple sus expectativas, podrá realizar la devolución del mismo solicitándolo durante los 15 días posterior a su recepción. En caso de devolución por estos motivos, el cliente deberá abonar los gastos de devolución del pedido. El artículo a devolver deberá ser el mismo enviado y encontrarse en su embalaje original sin desprecintar (en los casos que el producto esté precintado). Si la devolución fuera por motivos imputables a nuestra gestión (equivocación, artículo erróneo o deteriorado) los gastos de devolución correrían por nuestra cuenta.
