Joaquín Cera is a Veteran cartoonist with great production of comic pages made for Mortadelo's humor magazines spain. His star character is Pafman. In 1990 he created with the cartoonist Ramis: Flunker / Flunkerne with great success in Spain, Denmark and other countries. Flunker / Flunkerne they are small aliens and hooligans who enjoy causing chaos anywhere. Flunker books continue to be published. Joaquín has worked as a scriptwriter for television and animation series for Neptuno Films.

Cera es un veterano dibujante de historietas con gran producción de paginas de cómic realizadas para las revistas de humor de Mortadelo en Ediciones B. Su personaje estrella es Pafman. En 1990 junto al dibujante Ramis crea los libros los Xunguis / Flunker / Flunkerne con gran éxito en España y Dinamarca. Cera ha trabajado como guionista de televisión y en series de animación para Neptuno Films

Ramis fue un prolífico dibujante en la década de los ochenta y noventa creando muchas paginas de humor para jóvenes y adultos. Dirigió algunas revistas de humor basadas en programas de televisión, fue guionista de programas de televisión y para series de dibujos animados. En los noventa, junto al dibujante Cera, creo los personajes llamados Xunguis que se han mantenido activos durante décadas.
