Descripción:

- Grabado de detalles de arquitectura del S.XIV.

- Todos los títulos y firmas están fuera de la plancha.

- En el margen superior tiene la leyenda “Francia (SºXIV) – France (XIVºS).”

- En el margen inferior tiene la leyenda “Details d’Architecture du XIV Siecle – Detalles de Arquitectura del S.XIV”.

- En el ángulo superior derecho tiene impreso el número “416”, lo que hace suponer que el Grabado es el número 416 de una serie.

- En el ángulo inferior derecho, el Grabador firma sólo como Rouargue, por lo que es de uno de los dos hermanos Rouargue. En nuestra opinión, el autor de la plancha del Grabado es muy probablemente Adolphe Rouargue (1810 – 1870)

- Grabado Calcográfico al aguafuerte sobre plancha de acero, aunque también podría haberse utilizado otra técnica distinta.

- Realizado en tono monocolor negro.

- Probablemente es un Grabado perteneciente a un libro.

Conservación y desperfectos:

- Estado General: Bueno.

- Esta muy bien de tinta, y tiene una buena estampación.

- El Grabado tiene un papel de espesor medio grueso y regular calidad, pegado por las esquinas a otro papel.

- El margen superior es escaso, al igual que el margen inferior. Los márgenes laterales son amplios.

- El Grabado ha sufrido humedad, por lo que el papel tiene manchas de humedad y puntos de óxido.

- El Grabado está sucio, teniendo los bordes bastante más sucios, con pequeñísimos rotos, y las puntas levemente deterioradas con ligeros doblados.

- Si se le aplica un ligero lavado y blanqueado, el resultado sería muy bueno.

Comentarios:

- Las Medidas son aproximadas.

- Grabado ideal como elemento decorativo.

- Los tonos de los colores de las fotos no son iguales a los tonos de los colores reales.

- El Grabado en venta es el que se corresponde con las fotos. La descripción no es una exposición detallada del mismo.

Description:

- Engraving of architectural details from the 14th century.

- All the titles and signatures are outside the plate.

- In the upper margin it has the legend "Francia (SºXIV) - France (XIVºS)".

- In the lower margin is the legend "Details d'Architecture du XIV Siecle - Details de Arquitectura del S.XIV".

- In the upper right corner is printed the number "416", which suggests that the engraving is number 416 of a series.

- In the lower right corner, the engraver signs only as Rouargue, so it is by one of the two Rouargue brothers. In our opinion, the author of the engraving plate is most probably Adolphe Rouargue (1810 - 1870).

- Chalcographic etching on steel plate, although another technique could also have been used.

- Produced in black monochrome.

- It is probably an engraving from a book.

Conservation and damage:

- General condition: Good.

- The ink is very good, and it has a good stamping.

- The engraving is on medium-thick paper of average thickness and regular quality, glued at the corners to another paper.

- The upper margin is scarce, as is the lower margin. The side margins are wide.

- The engraving has suffered from humidity, so the paper has damp stains and rust spots.

- The engraving is dirty, with the edges much dirtier, with very small tears, and the tips slightly deteriorated with slight bending.

- If a light washing and bleaching were applied, the result would be very good.

Comments:

- Measurements are approximate.

- Ideal engraving as a decorative element.

- The tones of the colours in the photos are not the same as the tones of the real colours.
